Owner Tamsyn Strydom
The company was founded in 2009 by Tamsyn Strydom who has been a passionate recruiter since 2005. Prior to her recruitment career Tamsyn enjoyed a career in IT & Telecommunications where she commenced as a Software Support Engineer, specialising in supporting telecommunications billing engines and working with call data records; later becoming an IT Project Manager and then moving into the role of National Line of Business Sales Manager (for various Corporate, JSE Listed organisations).
It is this solid background of Business, Technical, Managerial, Sales and HR experience which has given her so much insight in terms of business and client requirements, making it easy to understand a client job specification, right down to the nitty-gritty technical skills that a client is looking for in a potential employee. Unfortunately a lot of recruitment companies typically hire consultants who have only had basic HR training and no relevant industry exposure, which makes it very difficult for them to understand a client's requirements.
Because of this, we ensure our consultants are fully trained before working on a client project; and we also have stringent quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
